Online Returns

IMPORTANT NOTICE:  From Jan 24-Feb 6th, we are not accepting online orders or online returns!  For questions & online return authorizations, email us at & we'll get back to you by Feb 6th!



Customer return cost is currently $7.00.

REQUIREMENTS: ----------------------

  1. Item MUST BE purchased online only, at full price only, with price tag still attached.
  2. Item must NOT be worn, washed, or damaged.
  3. Item must NOT be a gift certificate, earrings, sale/markdown item, swimwear, or sticky bra.
  4. Customer must also follow the exact INSTRUCTIONS below meeting all deadlines:

INSTRUCTIONS: ------------------------

STEP 1:  Email us within 7 days of receiving your item (as shown on your USPS tracking).

  •            Your full name
  •            Your original order #
  •            Your original order date
  •            Items you would like to return
  •            Reason for return

STEP 2:  Check your email in 1-2 days!

We'll send you a RETURN AUTHORIZATION & USPS RETURN SHIPPING LABEL within 1-2 business days after receiving your email, if your item qualifies for a return.


STEP 4: Pack your item!

Just place the authorized return item, (unworn/unwashed/undamaged) with Figleaf tag still attached, inside the original packaging. Seal up the package and securely attach the USPS RETURN SHIPPING LABEL!

STEP 5: Mail your package within 10 days of receiving your original order! You can also Schedule a pick up from!

STEP 6: Receive your refund!

We will process your return within 1-3 business days of receiving your return package and will refund your credit card for the amount of the item(s) less the $7 RETURN FEE, as long as all criteria stated here has been fully met.  Original shipping cost for orders is not refundable.  Please allow up to 20 days from the time we receive your return package for refund to fully process.

  • No refunds on shipping or handling fees. 
  • Returns are not accepted for refund on items purchased in Figleaf Boutique stores.  See IN STORE EXCHANGES.
  • Returns are not accepted for refund without RETURN AUTHORIZATION.
  • Returns are not accepted for refund if mailed to us after the 10th day of receiving your order (as indicated on USPS tracking).
  • Figleaf Boutique reserves the right to determine the eligibility for refunds, and to update this Policy at any time without notice.
